#IT & #HR are the backbone of every successful business. They play a big role in providing support & enforcing integrity at the workplace.

They are vital for the success of Future of Work that companies are craving for & the #workforce needs to unleash its potential. However, there is a historical reference associated with them, & it can inhibit their role in leading a true transformation of the workforce in the #newnormal of rapid innovation.

The Future of Work needs a new de-centralized org model that has #innovation and #intrapreneurship teams embedded in every facet of the core business.

Companies need to re-imagine their #organisationculture with urgency and adapt to the New Normal & prepare it for many Next Normal that would test the viability of their business & avoid disruption.

HR & IT needs a new #futureofwork Org Structure that is separate from their current vital support roles. It is not complicated. The org structure should be based on establishing Peer to Peer trust amongst employees.

It needs the right tool to change and seed the narrative. A Future of Work tool that brings the best of out of their untapped asset i.e. their Employees.
